Instructions

Prepare: Ensure your feta cheese is at room temperature for easier blending. Crush the garlic clove using a garlic press or fine microplane for maximum flavor release.

Blend to Perfection: Add the feta cheese, sour cream, olive oil, crushed garlic, and black pepper to your food processor. Process continuously for 60-90 seconds until the mixture transforms into an incredibly smooth, cloud-like consistency with no lumps remaining.

Adjust Consistency: Taste and evaluate the texture. If the dip seems too thick for your preference, gradually add more sour cream (1 tablespoon at a time) or olive oil until you achieve that perfect, spreadable consistency.
